Manual delivery: for products marked as manual delivery, we will contact you after payment and deliver within the time stated on the product page;
Service products: technical services are delivered remotely at a scheduled time agreed with you.

2. Delivery Time

Automatic delivery: immediate after payment confirmation;
Manual delivery and service products: normally within 24 hours, or within the time frame stated on the product page.

3. Delivery Confirmation

Delivery is considered complete when: the download link or license code has been issued and is accessible, or the service session has been completed as agreed.
